Wissam is 21 years old and is the sole provider for his family. They are displaced in Gaza and just trying to survive. He is kind and funny, and he is doing his best to hold on to hope. After having issues with his previous campaign organizer, he still held on to trust in humanity, and asked me to help him. Every donation, every share, is a step toward rebuilding what was stolen. “My name is Wissam, I’m 21 years old from Gaza. My mother is sick, and every day her health is deteriorating right in front of me, and I feel powerless to protect her. The pain isn’t just in her body; it’s in my heart, too. Every moment I see her suffer, it kills me inside. Life here isn’t just hard — it’s a daily battle between me and the harsh realities and endless pain.
I’m alone in this fight, trying with all my strength to find even a little support that gives us a chance to keep going. I’m not asking for much, just a small hope to ease her pain and mine. Any help will be a light in a darkness that has never gone.”
